Provide mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical rapid prototyping from several technology options (3DP, STL, SLA/FDM, CNC, Vacuum Casting, etc)
Packaging Development
Assist customers with packaging design, pallet/container layout, barcoding or re-packaging/re-labeling for FBA and small quantity orders
Supplier Verification
Verify corporate certificate, address, ownership, customer base, financial health, and company details with local officials to avoid scams (document checking)
Trade Fair Visit
(with or without customer)
Visit trade fairs with customers or on behalf of customers, collect supplier/product information, recommend suppliers, and explain China business processes. We only make a request for information (RFI) at this stage with preliminary pricing to confirm if the project is viable financially
Full Service Product Development
(Phase I)
Provide complete product and packaging development from design to drawing and BOM generation. Will prepare complete product specification for RFI and gather potential supplier information and preliminary pricing to determine if project is financially viable. This service includes complete timeline project management according to PMI standards
Request for Quotation
Provide 3 – 5 quotations for estimated manufacturing costs, order quantity pricing breaks (including MOQ), manufacturing requirements, HS code, estimated shipping fees based on landed costs
Factory Audit
Check factory facility, production capability, quality system, patents, factory audit report to be provided after audit
Small Package Consolidation
Consolidate packages up to 50 cartons per shipment, customer communicates with suppliers and ask suppliers to send samples to Asia office for consolidation
Full Service Supplier Management
(Phase II & III)
Provide one-stop services for sourcing, factory audit (investigation report will be provided), production monitoring, source inspection document generation, PPAP review, shipment consolidation, etc on behalf of customer, working as customer’s agent or branch office in China
