Product and packaging development from design to drawing and BOM generation.  Product specification for RFI and gather potential supplier information and preliminary pricing to determine if project is financially viable.  Service includes complete timeline project management according to PMI standards

One-stop services for sourcing, factory audit (investigation report will be provided), production monitoring, source inspection document generation, PPAP review, shipment consolidation, etc on behalf of customer, working as customer’s agent or branch office in China

Payments made on behalf of customers, customer pays to our Asia office then we pay to individual suppliers, customer can save international transfer cost and time, thus increase cash/goods flow.

Pricing may fluctuate due to exchange rates

Conduct pre-production, in-process or finished goods inspection as per buyer’s requirements. QC report to be provide after inspection

Sourcing and identify nonconformance issues with design or supplier for 3^rd party certification approvals such as UL/CSA/CE/BSI/SEMKO/SEV/VDE/FIMKO
/NEMKO/DEMKO/NSW/FCC/CTPAT.

Resolve shipping delays, quality issues (failed inspection, incorrect materials/packaging/printing, quantities), engineering issues (incorrect process, certification issues).  Formal 8D corrective action process
